Renowned chef Brianna Lively, who has trained under several Michelin-starred chefs and restaurateurs, will prepare an exquisite five-course dinner. Known for her use of molecular gastronomy, Chef Brianna brings innovation and elegance to every plate.

ach course will be thoughtfully paired with one of our exceptional JW wines and introduced by our Winemaker, Peter Cushman, who will share the story behind each selection. Live music throughout thanks to acclaimed guitarist, Charles Crosman.

Amuse-Bouche:

• Chorizo Pâté with Black Garlic and Pickled Mustard Seeds\

1st Course:

• Marinated Salmon Tartine with Herb Cream Cheese and Crispy Shallots

• 2023 Chardonnay

2nd Course:

• Wild Mushroom & Guanciale Rigatoni with Parmesan Cream and Lemon Gremolata

• 2024 Sangiovese (Pre-Release Wine)

3rd Course:

• Cider-Brined Pork Chop with Creamed Leeks and Fruit Mostarda

• 2022 Malbec

Dessert:

• Olive Oil Cake with Roasted Grapes, Citrus-Rosemary Syrup, Whipped Mascarpone & Almond Crumble
