Regina Durrant
General Manager
Regina Durrant, known to most as Reggie, is originally from Omaha, Nebraska. After graduating from Kansas State University with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing, she bought a one-way ticket to Europe—serendipitously launching the next chapter of her life.
For the better part of a decade, Reggie traveled the world while basing herself in the hospitality industry of Interlaken, Switzerland. Long weekends exploring the celebrated wine regions of Italy, Spain, France, and Germany sparked a lasting affinity for wine, hospitality, and the culture that surrounds them.
Reggie brings more than 20 years of restaurant service, management, marketing, and international hospitality experience to the tasting room. Her genuine enthusiasm for people, paired with a passion for creating memorable experiences, is at the heart of her approach to hospitality.
When she isn’t talking wine, Reggie is happiest outside—wing foiling, mountain biking, skiing, or chasing her next adventure. She and her husband, Clayton, live in White Salmon, Washington, with their daughters, Sierra and Jade.

Peter Cushman
Winemaker
Peter Cushman was born and raised in the heart of Oregon’s Willamette Valley wine country. After earning a degree in biology and chemistry at the University of Oregon in 2009, he decided to follow in his grandfather’s and father’s footsteps, becoming a third generation winemaker. Cushman moved to Hood River to assist his father at Viento, the family winery, situated in the promising Columbia Gorge wine region.
Cushman utilizes methods learned from nearly a decade of making wine in the Columbia Gorge, for some of the regions premier vineyards and wineries. Focusing on locally grown grapes and a natural, mindful approach to winemaking. Cushman has received worthy recognition from critics, including multiple gold medals and 90+ point –rated wines.
Peter joined Jacob Williams in 2017. With his experience and love for wine, as well as his young spirit, he brings a wonderful new and exciting energy to our team.
Cushman and his wife Sarah live in the Hood River valley with their daughter Marcela, and son Felix.
Shantel Shake
Tasting Room Manager
McMinnville, OR
Shantel’s childhood was spent living and moving around the country with her family. They arrived in Oregon from Washington, D.C. in 1982.
Shantel quicky developed a love for the hospitality industry and worked in an array of customer service positions. It wasn’t until 2006, that Shantel was bit by the infamous wine bug.
Now, with over 17 years of experience in the wine industry, Shantel's skillsets are vast. Ranging from barrel room and harvest experience to sales, management and event planning. Shantel is also a celebrated foodie. With several years of catering under her belt, she loves to cook and create memorable food and wine pairings for friends, family and guests.
Whatever needs to be done, Shantel is the first to step to the plate. She strives to deliver memorable experiences to every person she meets. Her smile is warm and inviting and her energy is infectious. Something our club members remember and always enjoy.
In Shantel’s free time, she enjoys traveling, foraging for mushrooms, razor clamming, photography, live music and Timber/Duck games.

Lori Klug
Wine Club Manager
Lori has called Goldendale, Washington home for nearly 20 years and has been part of the Jacob Williams Winery family for the past four years. After spending those years welcoming guests, sharing great wine, and getting to know so many wonderful people, she is excited to step into her new role as Wine Club Manager.
A proud mom of four grown sons and grandmother to three grandsons, Lori loves spending her free time riding motorcycles and bicycles, enjoying great food, and, of course, discovering and sharing great wine.
What she loves most about Jacob Williams Winery is the people. Whether welcoming longtime Wine Club members or meeting someone visiting the winery for the very first time, Lori truly enjoys making people feel at home and creating memorable experiences around good food, good wine, and great company.
She looks forward to getting to know each of our Wine Club members even better and making being part of the Jacob Williams family something truly special.
