HOW TO USE THE MEMBER PORTAL

Managing your membership is easy! Visit the Jacob Williams Winery website, then:

​

1. Click Sign In at the top of the page.

2. Enter the email address and password associated with your Wine Club membership.

3. First time logging in? Select Forgot Password / Create Password to activate your account.

4. Check your inbox for the activation or password reset email.

5. Create your password and log in.

6. Once inside, confirm your contact information, shipping address, and credit card are up to date.

Always use the same email address you provided when joining the club. This ensures our system recognizes your membership and applies your benefits correctly.
