The Merry McMinnville “Scratch & Win” promotion is created by The McMinnville Downtown Association to encourage shoppers to buy local during the holiday season. Customers are rewarded for “shopping small” through a scratch-off reward program.
Between November 8th 2025 and December 31st 2025, customers earn one scratch-off ticket when making a purchase of $25+ at participating retailers. Tickets are scratched to reveal prizes. Prizes are redeemed at the participating retailer indicated on the winning ticket.
