The Merry McMinnville: Locals Night “Scratch & Win” promotion is created by The McMinnville Downtown Association to encourage shoppers to buy local during the holiday season. Customers are rewarded for “shopping small” through a scratch off reward program. Customers earn one scratch-off ticket when making a purchase of $25+ on December 12th at participating retailers. Tickets are scratched to reveal prizes. Prizes are redeemed at the participating retailer indicated on the winning ticket between December 12th-15th.
