About the Event
Melody’s I Left My Heart in Italy photography series began with the gifting of a red glass heart from a friend with the instructions to leave it in a place that held meaning for her. On her trip to Italy in 2016, inspiration hit. Rather than leaving the heart in one place, by taking photos of it, she captured scenes, architectural images and moments in time throughout Florence, the Amalfi Coast, Paestum and Sansepolcro, locking in memories of her holiday in a unique, artistic and personal way.
