Join us in the barrel room for a special Proprietor’s Red Vertical Tasting — a rare opportunity to taste multiple vintages side-by-side and experience how this flagship wine evolves through the years.
Crafted from Peter Cushman’s favorite barrels of the vintage, each release of Proprietor’s Red tells a slightly different story. Vintage variation, aging potential, and the magic of time in the bottle all come together in this guided tasting experience.
Peter will lead guests through the vertical, sharing insights on the art of blending, vintage differences, and what makes each year unique.
And then…the infamous library opens. A rare occasion indeed!
That’s right — our extensive collection of library selections, tucked away in our charming, underground cellar, will be unlocked for the afternoon. Pull those dusty, cobweb-kissed bottles from the shelves and rediscover some of our most beloved and beautifully aged vintages.
This will be the event of the season. A rare opportunity to rediscover some of your forgotten favorites.
